Livin' my 22
Peace be upon you.
"Nor angel neither devil, you are human"
I guess being an adult is not my dream anymore.
Ignore those random buying things without mom's permission, last-minute trips with friends and your own private space.
1. Selfish
"Let's have some fun! What about we favouring Ria's wish?" someone started the conversation.
"I don't want to go." a person said loudly.
"Why?" everyone is asking.
"I'm not into the things, you know" she claimed.
"I'm not going to pay for that euw things..." she added.
"Okay. We cancel the plan" the decision is made.
Maybe Ria should speak out loud so the plan can be carried out. I guess that way will make her selfish ...
It's undeniable being selfish will help you a lot. You can just take care of what's yours and stay unbothered about others. A peak of reality, the world doesn't revolve only around you. You need to live with others and carried out mutualism. I live with the principle of give-and-take with high expectations for everyone (I can't help with that). It was the healthiest way for me to stay in a relationship rather than being a people-pleaser. In the end, pleasing always lasts with disappointment.
2. Talk the talk
A small misunderstanding can be prevented from becoming a huge quarrel if only you listen. Listen to the awkward atmosphere and to every hint that links. Men gossip and women have egos. We cannot simply trust when it comes to unknown sources, right? It is basic. Unconfirmed = untrusted. We also chose the words nicely when talking because we are human. We don't auscultate (read: know) everyone's hearts. Speak good or listen. The 20s is not just a number, sweety. We learnt life by that span, eventually. It's forgivable for once. Lesson learnt.
3. What's after LIKE
L-O-V-E
To love every single day I am grateful for everything
To love every single night I can sleep without insomnia
To love every lecturer that appreciates everyone's works
To love every single moment I am given to clerk patients and observe signs
To love every struggle that I encountered in those chaotic wards
To love every single moment I am able to give my point of view
To love every single day my family and I are healthy
To love yourself and others that is worthy of love
